Anthony has 10 years experience in Commercial Real Estate sales, leasing, project management and property management. He graduated from Villanova University with an MBA in Marketing and also worked as a Marketing Manager for DaimlerChrysler Motors Corp. He speaks Greek fluently and is conversational in Spanish. He is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidate.

Brokerage
Brokerage is the backbone of our company. We have
completed hundreds of transactions throughout the Tampa Bay market
in all areas of commercial Real Estate including: Vacant Land,
Retail, Office and Industrial properties. Our unique approach to
marketing and extremely detail oriented approach with client and
prospect communication has given us extremely high closing ratios.
Everything from our signage, website, phone answering, database
memberships and reputation allows us to be a "go to" company for the
purposes of both Landlord and Tenant representation. At any one
time, we have as many as fifty listings in Pinellas, Pasco and
Hillsborough Counties and continue to satisfy Landlords and Tenants
every day.
Management
The Boardwalk Company is currently responsible for
managing over fifteen commercial buildings throughout Pinellas,
Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. We provide a full range of
services including but not limited to: Tenant Relations, Tenant
Complaints, Leasing, Facility Improvements, Compliance, Capital
Improvements and Accounting. We can tailor a plan for a given
property owner based on an owner's needs and the status of the
property. Our unique approach to property management is to treat
each property as if it were our own. We have developed a team of
professional contractors, sub-contractors, engineers, architects and
maintenance individuals to make us as efficient as possible in
maintaining occupancy and property values.
Development
The Boardwalk Company has developed over $10 million
of commercial property throughout, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Hernando
and Collier Counties. Our expertise includes: Retail strip centers,
Automotive service facilities, Medical office buildings and Free
standing retail buildings. Our role in these projects has been as
an investor, partner or as a fee developer. We have been involved
in ground up projects including horizontal and vertical construction
as well as with redevelopment of existing buildings for the purposes
of adding value and attracting Tenants.
